Inditex-owned Zara has launched its largest store in South India at Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru, marking its 24th retail presence in India. Spanning over 36,000 square feet, this new outlet occupies the first floor of the mall.

The store integrates advanced technology with its physical and online platforms, featuring self-checkout with cash options, fitting room reservations, in-store pick-up, and smart fitting rooms. Shoppers can check product availability, locate items on the floor via the Zara app, and use dedicated return counters for both online and in-store purchases. The store includes 13 self-checkout counters and 6 regular cash counters.

Notably, the new outlet introduces a boutique space for Zara’s baby collection, a first for any Zara store in India. This expansion aligns with Zara's commitment to offering innovative shopping experiences.

Phoenix Mall of Asia also hosts several global brands such as H&M, Ferragamo, and Versace. Zara, part of the Inditex Group, operates globally with a focus on achieving climate neutrality by 2040. The brand entered the Indian market in May 2010 through a joint venture with Tata Group.
