Bella Casa Fashion & Retail has reported a landmark fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, with annual revenue rising to Rs 416.40 crore, representing a robust 19.47 per cent increase over the previous year. This growth is predominantly anchored in the company's aggressive transition toward an Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) model, which now accounts for 94 per cent of total turnover. The firm’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, further illustrate this upward trend, with net profit rising by 5.30 per cent Y-o-Y to Rs 4.57 crore. On an annual basis, the company’s net profit increased by 27.41 per cent to Rs 20.13 crore, reflecting enhanced operational efficiencies and a refined cost structure. Analysts note, Bella Casa’s focus on reducing working capital requirements - down from 90.2 days to 56.9 days over the past few years - has been instrumental in sustaining this margin expansion. As the company continues to leverage its ODM expertise to serve over 50 domestic brands, the current focus remains on scaling high-value manufacturing output to meet the surging demand for organized, design-centric apparel in the Indian retail landscape.
