Kaveri has opened a store in Mumbai. The space reflects the brand’s delicate take on femininity.The façade of the new store has been rendered in an Art Deco style. The interior is white, bright, and delicately feminine to reflect the aesthetic of Lalchand’s brand. The store features a white seating area and delicate floral wall hangings across the space to create a soothing ambience.
The store also features a children’s wear segment for the brand’s Baby K label. Kaveri’s signature linens and feminine details are rendered as whimsical children’s clothing with loose layers and embroidered details.Not only does this space serve as the portal into the glorious world of linen, but it also offers a momentary respite from the hustle and bustle of the city with a cosy space while having peppermint tea, masala chai or cappuccino.
Kaveri is a brand founded by designer Kaveri Lalchand in 2011 and the new collection features pastel hued dresses, kurtas, and sets and occasion wear offerings for the festive season. The shirts, pants, tops, and dresses are made from imported linen and are handwoven. Kaveri has dresses for different body types and a range of colours to pick from and also has a customisation concept. The brand has stores in Mumbai, Chennai and Cochin.
