Nihir Parikh resigns as CEO, NykaaFashio.com and Nykaa Man

As announced by the parent company of Nykaa Fashion, FSN E-Commerce Ventures, Nihir Parikh, CEO, NykaaFashion.com and Nykaa Man, has resigned from his position with effect from December 5, 2024. The resignation is attributed to Parikh’s personal commitments.
An MBA graduate from INSEAD, Parikh began his career at Genentech as an engineer and later worked at GE Healthcare as a bioprocess manager. He joined Nykaa as Chief Strategy Officer in 2015, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s Series B funding of $9.5 million and later contributed to key areas including product development, technology, and HR.
During nearly a decade at Nykaa, Parikh was instrumental in launching and scaling Nykaa Fashion and Nykaa Man, expanding the brand into the fashion and men’s grooming sectors. His initiatives in digital transformation and customer experience enhanced Nykaa's omnichannel presence, fortified partnerships, and helped establish the brand as a market leader.
As part of Nykaa’s leadership transition, the company has appointed Abhijeet Dabas as Executive Vice President and Business Head - Fashion eCommerce. An industry veteran with experience at Adobe Systems, McKinsey & Company, Myntra, Swiggy, etc, Dabas will focus on accelerating Nykaa Fashion’s online growth, global expansion, and strategic partnerships, including alliances with Foot Locker and Revolve.
In his previous roles, Dabas demonstrated expertise in scaling operations, driving revenue growth, and fostering innovation. At Swiggy, he led the expansion of its cloud kitchen network to over 20 cities, showcasing his ability to deliver significant impact in a competitive landscape.
