Vijay Chauhan returns to Adidas India as new General Manager

Vijay Chauhan has been appointed as the new General Manager of Adidas India, effective August 1, 2025. To succeed Neelandra Singh, Past General Manager, Chauhan will oversee the brand’s operations in India. He will operate from the brand’s Gurugram office.
Returning to Adidas after serving as SVP International at American Eagle Outfitters in New York, Chauhan has over 25 years of experience in sporting goods and fashion retail. He originally joined Adidas in 1999 and held various leadership roles over the years, including VP of Retail/Franchise for SEAPAC and General Manager of Adidas Thailand.
During his strong leadership at the brand, Singh significantly strengthened Adidas’ brand presence, accelerated business growth, and deepened the brand‘s connection with consumers across India, says Dave Thomas, Managing Director-Emerging Markets, Adidas.
