A prominent Indian online retailer specializing in lingerie and lifestyle products, Zivame has promoted Dr Kiruba Devi to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Organization.
This move serves as recognition for her decade of significant contributions to the company and her critical role in driving Zivame's growth.
In her elevated role, Dr. Devi will take charge of overseeing various key functions, including business operations, retail expansion, category planning, and organizational development.
Her strategic focus will be on boosting operational efficiency, strengthening the company's internal capabilities, enhancing the overall customer experience, and cultivating a workplace culture of innovation and collaboration across all teams.
Dr. Devi brings more than ten years of experience within India's apparel and fashion sector, covering a wide range of product categories. Before this promotion, she held the title of AVP & Head – Category Management and Sourcing, where she directed merchandise strategy, product lifecycle planning, vendor management, and sourcing initiatives.
Her leadership in this previous capacity was instrumental in reinforcing Zivame's supply chain, fueling innovation in product assortment, and establishing the brand's unique identity in the women’s fashion and lifestyle market.
Since joining Zivame in 2015 as an Associate Director, Dr. Devi has been a pivotal force in the company's pursuit of operational excellence and retail growth.
Her expertise spans product development, merchandise planning, retail strategy, and customer-focused expansion, all of which have contributed to Zivame’s transformation from a niche online lingerie platform into a leading women's lifestyle brand.
