Flipkart-owned e-commerce platform, Myntra has launched a new multi-brand, curated store titled, ‘IndieWork’ for retailing ethnic style office wear.
Designed to promote, ‘Made in India’ products, this new store caters to rising demand for ethnic style office wear amongst working women in metros and Tier I cities.
The store houses labels like Suta, Jaypore, Taavi and and Ambraee. It also features the Udita Bansal-owned womenswear label, True Browns. The label offers versatile, effortless ethnic wear for women who turn passion into purpose everyday, notes Bansal
Offering womenswear by over 80 brands, the online store focuses on desi labels. It retails over 6,000 styles. Myntra recently expanded the store’s offerings with 20 new labels being added to meet the consumers’ rising demand office ethnic wear .
Made in India brands have been revolutionising women’s workwear in the country, says Sharon Pais, Chief Business Officer, Myntra. The new store, ‘IndieWork’ aims to introduce the contemporary offerings of these brands to audience, thus helping them connect with new customers, she adds.
