On January 3, the multi-brand fashion and cultural showcase Shelter unveiled its newest edition, Chapter 2: Craft Interlude, at Chuim Village in Bandra, Mumbai. Designed to support emerging apparel and accessories brands, this temporary cultural hub provides a platform for creativity, mindfulness, and community connection.
The event features a dynamic mix of fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, and art, complemented by interactive workshops and installations. The curated lineup includes up-and-coming brands such as Collected XX, Raw Shop, Kastoor, Loomgi, Open Form, Kichu, Aagghoo Kids Wear, PDFK Home and Loungewear, Ecru, AOS, Homeland Eagles, Arsenic By Mehma Tibb, Strange Shrew, and Serenity Crystals.
In addition to the brand showcase, visitors can explore art installations, enjoy refreshments, and unwind in a cozy library nook, creating an engaging and well-rounded experience. Shelter also offers workshops focusing on slow crafts and personal wellness, such as ‘Slow Crafts’ by Bhakti Shah with Hobby on the Go, ‘Mapping Memories: An Artisanal Fragrance Workshop’ with scent brand Kastoor, a ‘Cacao Ceremony; led by Inner Alkemi, and a journaling session hosted by MindSight.
