Myntra launches 'M-Now' pilot for quick commerce in Bengaluru
26 November 2024, Mumbai
Myntra, backed by Flipkart, has launched a pilot for its quick delivery service, ‘M-Now,’ promising two-hour delivery in select Bengaluru areas. Currently operational in a few pin codes, the pilot offers a limited product range to evaluate its feasibility.
The initiative expands on Myntra's 2022 express delivery service, M-Express, which offered delivery within 24-48 hours in metro cities. The company plans to use insights from the pilot to refine the service and determine its feasibility for a broader rollout before an official launch.
As quick commerce platforms increasingly venture into beauty and fashion categories, Myntra’s M-Now positions the brand as a pioneer in quick fashion delivery.
Myntra, with an annual transacting customer base of 40 million, saw its operational revenue grow by 25 per cent from Rs 3,501 crore in FY22 to Rs 4,375 crore in FY23. The company plans to expand M-Now based on pilot learnings, further solidifying its market leadership in fashion e-commerce.
