Baazar Style Retail revenue rises 37% in Q1 FY26 to Rs 371 crore

In Q1, FY26, Baazar Style Retail’s revenues increased by 36.99 per cent to Rs 377.70 crore as against Rs 275.70 posted in Q1 FY25.

The company’s Sales per square feet (PSF) increased by 0.4 per ent Y-o-Y to Rs 664 per month during the quarter. Its total number of stores increased by 40 per cent Y-o-Y to 232 stores with total rental area rising by 41 per cent Y-o-Y to 21.13 lakh sq ftas of 30 June 2025. The company opened a total of 22 new stores and closed 4 stores during Q1 FY26.

A value fashion retailer with a leadership position in the states of West Bengal and Odisha in the organized value retail market, Baazar Style Retail offers quality and affordable products through a chain of 'value retail’ stores under the apparel and general merchandise segments, Within the apparel vertical, it offers garments for men, women, boys, girls, and infants, whereas the general merchandise offerings include both non-apparels and home furnishing products.

The company had reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 6.39 crore in Q4 FY25 as against a net loss of Rs 6.43 crore recorded in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations rose by 55 per cent Y-o-Y to Rs 345.4 crore in the fourth quarter.
