KKCL forays into women’s denim segment with 50% stake in Kraus Casuals

Kewal Kiran Clothing (KKCL) has forayed into the women’s denim segment with the acquisition of a 50 per cent stake in Kraus Casuals, the owner of women’s denim wear brand ‘Kraus,’ for Rs 167 crore ($20 million).

The acquisition will enable KKCL to expand its presence in India and the UAE. According to Kewalchand Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, KKCL, the acquisition aligns with the company’s vision to expand and diversify its denim and casual wear portfolio. It is a testament to the company’s commitment to growth and innovation.
