Kothari Industrial Corporation to open 10 ‘Kickers’ stores by March 2025

Kothari Industrial Corporation plans to open around 10 stores of its footwear brand Kickers by March 2025. The company launched the brand in India recently with its first store at the VR Mall in Chennai.
For the brand’s sale and marketing, Kothari Industrial Corporation collaborated with France-based Royer Group. According to this collaboration, Kothari will not only handle the footwear’s distribution in India but also start producing it locally with plans to export the footwear to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the Gulf. The company will launch a collection of sandals, chappals, boots and sneakers under the ‘Kickers’ brand for both men and women.
The opening of the brand’s first store was attended by Etienne Rolland-Piegue, Consul General of France in Chennai and Puducherry, indicating a solid Indo-French partnership.
