Celebrated for setting new benchmarks in innovation, creativity, and its growing global impact, children’s occasion wear brand, Little Muffet has earned a spot on Forbes India’s DGEMS Select list. This recognition underscores the brand’s dedication to deliver quality designs and exceptional customer experiences, securing its place in the competitive kidswear market.

As the brand continues to expand internationally, it remains steadfast in its core values of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Founded in 2013 by the husband-and-wife team Anchal and Umang Dhanuka, Little Muffet has grown into India’s number one kids’ occasion wear brand. Anchal, a former banker, was inspired to enter the fashion industry after becoming a mother and noticing a gap in the market for stylish, high-quality children’s clothing. Together with Umang, who brought his technical expertise, they launched Little Muffet, which has since captivated parents and children with its stylish, comfortable, and high-quality apparel.
With a market size of $15 billion in FY 2023, the Indian kidswear market is experiencing rapid growth. The market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 11 per cent from FY 2023-25, outpacing the broader apparel market. Western wear currently dominates the sector, holding 88 per cent of the total market share, and is expected to maintain this trend, with a projected CAGR of 11 per cent over the next two years.
