V2 Retail targets 40-50% annual revenue growth

Focused on increasing its store count, value fashion chain, V2 Retail aims to achieve 40-50 per cent annual revenue growth. The company is working to strengthen its position in the value fashion retail space.

In Q1, FY 26, V2 Retail achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 632 crore, a 52 per cent Y-o-Y increase. This growth was boosted by rapid store openings. The company opened 26 stores in the first quarter alone and has added a total of 41 stores in the current fiscal year, putting it ahead of its initial target of 100 new stores for the year. This combination of network expansion, strong sales from new stores, and sustained profitability highlights the company’s focus on operational efficiency and making affordable fashion more accessible.

V2 Retail recently opened five new stores on the same day in Noida, Vizianagaram, Goalpara, Rohtak, and Ambala. This rapid rollout aims to consolidate the retailer’s presence in both major metropolitan areas and Tier-II and Tier-III markets. With these new locations, the chain now has over 230 stores nationwide, offering more than 5,000 styles at competitive prices.

Nearly 35 per cent of their Q1, FY26 top-line revenue came from new stores, and the customer response reinforces their confidence to keep scaling at a pace that matches India’s growing fashion aspirations.
