Bata India is set to manufacture, market, and distribute Nine West's footwear and accessories across India as a part of its strategy to position itself as a leading lifestyle brand in the country. The collaboration with the global brand development platform, Authentic Brands Group (ABG), marks a significant step towards Bata India's goal of becoming a hub for style and innovation.

Gunjan Shah, Managing Director and CEO of Bata India, sees this partnership as a means to enhance the company's premium product portfolio and address the growing demand for branded products in India. The association also allows Bata India to tap into the retail network of Nine West, a US-based brand with a presence in 40 countries worldwide.
