Bershka, a brand under the Inditex Group, has debuted in India with its first store at Phoenix Palladium, Mumbai, and the launch of its dedicated online platform.
Targeting a bold and trend-conscious audience, Bershka blends mainstream fashion with emerging subcultures. Its product lines include BSK Teen for ages 10-12, influenced by social media and pop culture, and Bershka Women & Men, catering to confident and style-conscious consumers engaged in music, activism, and digital trends.
The Mumbai store, spanning 472 square meters, features a modern retail experience with physical checkouts and self-checkout drop-off points for seamless shopping. The store’s architectural design enhances product displays and customer navigation, creating a dynamic shopping atmosphere. A striking 10-meter-high steel façade gives it a distinct identity, while a neutral interior palette of stone and steel cabinets adds durability and sophistication.
Inditex, the parent company of Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Oysho, and Zara Home, now operates 26 stores in India. With a strong focus on sustainability, Inditex aims for climate neutrality by 2040.
Bershka’s entry into India marks a new chapter in high-street fashion, offering a creative and immersive shopping experience both in-store and online.
