Relaxo Footwear’s Q2 results posted

For the second quarter, Relaxo Footwears faced a nine percent decline in its net profit. Revenue for the quarter rose 24 percent. Relaxo registered good growth in revenue on the back of demand recovery due to the opening of stores across geographies, a strong rebound in economic activities resulting in business returning to pre-Covid levels.

Relaxo is firmly and resolutely on a journey to accelerate its growth further by using a diverse portfolio, enhanced distribution network, and deployment of resources in innovation, brand promotion, and continuing to follow a customer-centric approach.

Relaxo is a leading footwear maker in India and sells under the brands Sparx, Flite, and Bahamas. It currently has over 300 exclusive-brand outlets across the country. New Delhi-based Relaxo has gone in for a new brand identity by changing its logo.

The change has helped it connect with youth customers. With rebranding exercise, Relaxo aims at building successful business relationships and infusing a youthful and transformational spirit that is important for the growth of internal and external stakeholders of the brand.

The company has nine manufacturing units and has a presence in 30 countries. Since 2006, Relaxo has been catering to international markets. Every year the company adopts new trends and technologies to cater to international customers.
