Besides foraying into offline retail, men’s and women’s casual wear apparel brand Cava Athleisure also aims to reach a monthly recurring revenue target of Rs 2.5 crore in FY25.
Having reported total sales of Rs 5 crore in FY24, Cava Athleisure aims to expand its operations significantly in the current fiscal year, as per a report by India Retailing. The brand is collaborating with businesses enablers such as Shopify, Unicommerce, and Myntra to fuel its growth. It aims to capture a marketing share while also being sustainable and ensuring brand recall, say Ria and Shreya Mitta, Founders, Cava Athleisure. Funded by Spring Marketing Capital, the brand sources its textiles globally.
The brand also pays a tribute to the color grey and versatile basics through its new collection ‘Grey Area.’ The collection features casual separates in shades of grey such as leggings, tops, and vests. More than just clothes, the collection reflects authenticity and originality.
Launched by entrepreneur sisters Ria and Shreya Mittal in 2020 in Bengaluru, Cava Athleisure retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store. Majority of the brand’s clothes are priced between Rs 800 and Rs 2,500.
