Libas, a leading fast fashion omnichannel brand, has secured the prestigious Platinum Green Building Rating from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) for its headquarters in Noida. The 1,20,000-square-foot corporate-cum-factory facility, spread across six floors, highlights the brand’s commitment to sustainability and eco-conscious innovation.
The headquarters integrates advanced green building features, including a zero-waste operational model and biophilic design, fostering a healthier and more inspiring work environment. It also features an on-site renewable energy system generating 327 kWp, reducing reliance on non-renewable energy. Other eco-friendly elements include a rainwater harvesting system managing 100 per cent of runoff volumes and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to promote sustainable transportation.
