Neeraj Nagpal to be new Chief Business Officer-Apparel and Lifestyle, Raymond Lifestyle

Neeraj Nagpal has been appointed as the new Chief Business Officer - Apparel and Lifestyle at Raymond Lifestyle, transitioning from his role as Chief Executive Officer at Bazaar Retail.
Nagpal's career began as an Assistant Manager-Operations at Ashima Ltd. He then joined ITC, where he served as Head - Technical Services, Lifestyle Retailing Business Division. Following this, he moved to the Aditya Birla Group's Madura Garments, working as Head - Sourcing and Supply Chain for Allen Solly.
At Shoppers Stop, Nagpal held the position of President - Brands before being promoted to Chief Business Officer.
In this capacity, he was responsible for the strategic planning and execution of growth and expansion initiatives, sales and profitability across various categories, store formats, and online platforms. He also managed the company’s integrated omnichannel operations, including planning, buying, merchandising, brand management, supply chain, space planning, and store design.
On his new role at Raymond Lifestyle, Nagpal says, he looks forward to enhancing the brand’s customer experiences, expanding its retail footprint, and also strengthening presence in an evolving fashion landscape.
