RRVL registers 10% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 3,458 crore during Q3, FY25

Q3, FY25 consolidated net profit of Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL) increased by 10 per cent to Rs 3,458 crore, compared to ₹3,145 crore in the same period last year.
On a sequential basis, the company’s net profit rose by 22 per cent from Rs 2,836 crore in Q2 FY25, while revenue expanded by 20 per cent from Rs 66,502 crore recorded in the July-September quarter.
The company attributed its strong quarter-on-quarter growth to productivity improvement initiatives and higher customer engagement during the festive season, driven by new product launches and promotions.
During the quarter RRVL’s revenue from operations increased by 7 per cent to Rs 79,595 crore from Rs 74,373 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) rose by 9.5 per cent to Rs 6,828 crore, from Rs 6,238 crore in Q3 FY24.
Gross revenue for the company increased by 8.8 per cent Y-o-Y and 18.4 per cent Q-o-Q to Rs 90,333 crore.
RRVL also added 779 new stores during the quarter, bringing its total store count to 19,102, with an operational area of 77.4 million sq ft. The company’s registered customer base grew to 338 million. Digital and new commerce channels, which remain a key focus area, contributed 18 per cent to the total revenue.
