Recognising the growing aspirations and convenience sought by consumers outside metros, designerwear brand Twamev aims to establish a strong presence in Tier II cities like Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Surat.
Identifying a significant gap in the segment, Twamev, led by CEO RaghavAgarwal, offers customers a platform for self-expression and individuality, enabling them to explore and discover their unique style. Emphasising product quality, customer experience, and competitive pricing, Twamevprioritises craftsmanship, natural fabrics, and innovative designs to deliver the best in designer wear.
Currently operating five stores—two in Bengaluru and one each in Delhi, Hyderabad, and Pune—Twamevaims to expand its presence across India with new stores in Surat and Gurugram this month and eventually internationally. The brand envisions larger format stores to accommodate its extensive product portfolio and provide a grand shopping experience.
Twamev's immediate expansion targets include Mumbai and Hyderabad, where it plans to establish its largest store yet. Apart from its website, Twamev's products are available on platforms like Pernia and Myntra, with intentions to expand to 2-3 more online platforms soon. Currently, 15% of its sales are online, with the rest coming from physical stores.
To enhance the shopping process, Twamev offers a ‘book an appointment’ feature, allowing customers to pre-select garments online, add them to a cart, and then try them on in-store, making the shopping experience faster and more efficient. Additionally, a video call feature is available for those unable to visit the store, enabling remote shopping.
In its men's collection, Twamev offers a comprehensive range of celebration wear, including kurtas, kurta jackets, bandhgalas, Indo-western outfits, sherwanis, Jodhpuri suits, and accessories. For women, the brand offers sarees, pre-stitched sarees, lehengas, and a bridesmaid collection, totaling approximately 700-800 SKUs.
