The Q3, FY25 net profit of value fahsion retailer V-Mart increased by 154 per cent to Rs 72 crore ($8.3 million) as against Rs 28 crore in the corresponding quarter year ago.
The company’s revenue during the quarter increased by 15 per cent to Rs 1,027 crore, as against Rs 889 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. Its same-store sales growth expanded by 10 per cent Y-o-Y.
Focused on expanding its oprations, V-Mart Retail opened opened 21 new stores in Q3 FY25, taking the total number of stores pan India to 488 as at quarter end.
An omni-channel retail store chain founded in 2022, V-Mart Retail offers fashion apparel, footwear, home furnishings, general merchandise, and kirana in Tier II, IIIO cities across India.
