A B Com graduate with an MBA, Pathare has been with VIP Clothing for over two decades, playing a key role in manufacturing, quality control, and marketing strategies. Known for his strategic decisions and global outlook, he has driven innovation and operational excellence, strengthening the brand’s market presence.

Beyond business, Pathare is a passionate cricket fan and an author of three books, Cricket to Corporate, A Tall Order, and Maiden Innings, which highlight his insights on sports and leadership.
