Amazon and Flipkart rush into Republic Day sales by 4-5 days this January as the Covid19 third wave paranoia on the back of rising infections and resultant precautions & curbs/ restrictions putting stress on their operations including disrupting the supply chain and faltering delivery timelines, industry executives said.
The semblance is that country’s two largest e-commerce marketplaces have already taken a serious cognizance by ramping up their inventory and are likely to start the sales around January 16-17, industry sources said.
