Monte Carlo Fashions incorporates wholly-owned subsidiary 'Monte Carlo Home Textiles'

The new subsidiary is incorporated for carrying on business in the field of home textiles, the company said.

Monte Carlo Fashion Ltd has on Friday incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Monte Carlo Home Textiles Limited.

“Monte Carlo Home Textiles Limited is incorporated for carrying on business in the field of Home textiles i.e. Rugs and Mink Blanket Fabric,” the company said in a filing.

At around 2.05 pm, Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd was trading at Rs579.30 per piece up by Rs7.85 or 1.37% from its previous closing of Rs571.45 per piece on the BSE.
