Saundh launches new store in Khan Market in Delhi

An Indian label recognized for its contemporary prints and design-led storytelling, Saundh has inaugurated a new retail space in one of Delhi’s most exclusive shopping destinations, the Khan Market. This launch strengthens the brand's physical presence in the capital and marks the newest addition to its expanding national network of ‘Arthouses.’

Spanning 550 sq ft, the new outlet is Saundh’s 23rd store in just six years. Each Arthouse is designed to offer a unique retail experience that moves beyond mere displays by embedding specific lifestyle cues. The in-store atmosphere features neutral tones, brushed metallics, sculptural furniture, curated music, and a signature fragrance, creating a sophisticated backdrop for the brand’s vibrant prints and intricate designs.

Sarabjeet Saluja, Founder and CEO, Saundh, explains, the Khan Market store is more than just a retail decision, it’s a natural evolution of Saundh’s story. It allows the brand to place their collections in a space that mirrors the balance they strive for: of heritage and modernity, local roots and global appeal.

In addition to expanding its retail footprint, Saundh is focusing on growing its business. The brand has set an ambitious target of Rs 500 crore in topline revenue over the next two years, supported by ongoing store openings and plans to enter global fashion capitals.

The Khan Market store currently showcases Dear Chaos, Saundh’s latest festive collection. Inspired by the Tree of Life motifs found at the Adalaj Stepwell, the collection translates traditional artistry into contemporary wear. It uses fabrics like Bemberg silk, Chinon, muslin, viscose crepe, and organza, paired with embellishments such as mirror work, zari, zardosi, gota, and beads. The garments are tailored for comfort while retaining the luxurious detailing expected of Indian festive attire.

This strategic store launch allows the brand to engage a discerning audience seeking modern silhouettes rooted in Indian craftsmanship. It highlights a growing trend where homegrown labels are successfully scaling premium physical retail formats in top-tier locations, balancing style, heritage, and accessibility alongside global competitors.
