Arun Naikar, Former Head- E-commerce, Fabindia, has stepped down from his position in the company. However, he will continue to be associated with the company, transitioning to an advisory position to guide their digital business strategy.

This marks Naikar's second tenure with Fabindia. He began his career as a Senior Executive at Dishnet DSL before moving to eOfficePlanet India as Senior Manager. He later also served as Business Head – eCommerce, Sify Technologies before holding a similar position at Trent.

During his most recent stint as the head of e-commerce at Fabindia Overseas, Naikar was instrumental in establishing an omnichannel ecosystem. His responsibilities included setting up logistics, category management, store integration, and customer service. He also spearheaded the company's digital marketing initiatives.
