Berrylush to launch new mobile app for a seamless shopping experience

A premier western wear fashion store for Indian women, Berrylush aims to boost its customers’ shopping experience by launching its latest mobile app on both Android and iOS platforms.
Developed in collaboration with Shopify-based mobile app-builder, Appbrew, the app is designed to deliver a seamless and enhanced shopping experience, positioning Berrylush alongside big names in fashion retail, helping it further its omni-channel strategy.
Through this app, the company aims to improve its customer experience through seamless browsing, personalised recommendations, discounts, and promotions. It is targets an increase of 3x in traffic while also a considerable reduction in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), says Alok Paul, Co-founder and COO, Berrylush.
The app will boast of key features such as Enhanced User Interface, app-only offers and discounts, advanced search and filters, personalised recommendations, faster checkout, real-time order tracking.
According to the company, collaboration with Appbrew makes the maintenance of this app easier and cost-effective with 60 times lower investment. Additionally, the app’s SaaS-based nature ensures continuous updates and improvements, keeping the shopping experience fresh and engaging.

Currently, Berrylush has six stores across New Delhi, Noida, Rohtak, Surat, Indore, and Hyderabad.
