Eastman Exports and Labor Solutions in India are collaborating to improve the lives of workers

Eastman Exports, Tirupur, India's top garment exporter, has implemented Labor Solutions across all of its ten facilities to give workers with technology for education, connection, and engagement.
The garment behemoth opted to refocus its efforts on ensuring worker safety and engagement, and Wovo (Labor Solutions' flagship all-in-one product) was identified as a vital component of this approach. Shahi Exports, India's largest garment exporter, has previously partnered with Wovo.
Through Wovo, the agreement brings management and labor together. Workers can use Wovo to get digital training from partners, contact with their bosses anonymously, submit safety complaints, examine their pay stubs, and participate in worker surveys.
It also offers workers a secure and anonymous complaints line, which is a need under various new human rights due diligence regulations around the world.
The Wovo dashboard gives the Eastman Exports team real-time, encrypted, and anonymized data so they can follow trends and learn about difficulties from workers.
Eastman Exports works with some of the world's most prominent garment companies, boutiques, and high-street retailers. Labor Solutions, a social enterprise, uses technology to connect, engage, and educate employees in order to create supply chains that are more robust.

Wovo, Labor Solutions' worker engagement platform, is used by over a million and a half workers in 25 countries. "With Labor Solutions, we've seen an improvement in the working circumstances of our human resources."
We've established a visual representation of all of our factories' social performance track patterns, which acts as a platform for direct communication and feedback with our employees.
