Titan is offering a line of women's handbags called Irth.
This brand is focused on both design and use. Titan will offer 92 styles and colours options for its eight bags, including totes, satchels, shoulder bags, purses, slings, delights, clutches, and wallets. The bags stand out for their elegant product design and meticulous attention to detail and are aimed at women and their changing needs.
Titan, a company that started out making timepieces, eventually expanded into jewellery, eyecare, as well as several other new industries, including accessories, fragrances, and Indian traditional wear.
Titan wants to lead the industry and elevate the bags category to the same level as other Titan brands and will use all of its resources to investigate this untapped market. Titan’s stores are fully operational, returning to pre-pandemic normalcy in most parts of the country with a continued focus on the health and safety of customers, business partners, and employees.
Titan's strong digital presence combined with its trusted offline experience gives a positive outlook for the overall performance of the company for the rest of the fiscal year.
Over the next five years, the girls’ bag category is anticipated to rise from Rs.4500 crores to Rs.7500 crores. Currently, organized players only account for roughly Rs.1600 crores.
