Shoppers Stop has opened a store in Dehradun, Uttrakhand. The multi-brand fashion and beauty retailer’s new store features interactive elements and a mix of Indian and international brands. The store measures around 37,000 sqft and houses over 500 brands with a focus on apparel, accessories, and cosmetics.
Brands which retail in the new store include Jack and Jones, Levis, Celio, And, JJ Kids, Adidas, Puma, Renne, Only, Hush Puppies, and Mac Cosmetics. The store offers free wi-fi, food and drink, and is children and senior citizen friendly.
With each new store opening, Shoppers Stop strives to elevate the brand experience for consumers. With the new store opening, Shoppers Stop now counts 92 department stores in 49 Indian cities. The business recently opened its first store in Bihar in Patna and its current expansion plan involves opening between 10 and 12 stores a year.
The share price of Shoppers Stop has surged 125 percent in 2022 so far. In the last 12 months, it has gained more than 200 percent, nearly quadrupling investors’ wealth. The stock rallied 73 percent in the last three months on the back of consistent improvement in operating performance with revival in the retail sector, along with strong support from strategic pillars.
