Aachho has opened a retail outlet in New Delhi. The store has two floors and is spread across an area of 1000 sq ft.
This ethnic wear brand for women was launched in 2018 in the online ethnic fashion space and with this launch is eyeing a larger market share in offline retail. The brand is growing at 20 per cent a year and the collection includes ethnic apparel, footwear, jewellery, and accessories.
The brand captures the rich diversity of Rajasthan in the form of traditional colours and the technique of hand-block printing. In terms of prints and colours, everything is subtle and stands out. The combinations are suited for an everyday look as well as a brunch look.
There are plenty of options when it comes to the style of a particular set. There are straight kurtas and anarkalis with Gota-Patti detailing and hand-painted lehengas. Dresses are made out of cotton, maxi in length with hand-block print all over. The home decor section has bedsheets and cushion covers.
Consumers have turned to ethnic wear in a big way. They are upgrading their wardrobes for the festivities and the wedding season. So the demand for ethnic and occasion wear has picked up at Indian malls and retailers.
