Aditya Birla Fashion Retail Ltd (ABFRL) to offer 'Hyper-Personalization Services'

11 February 2022, Mumbai:

Aditya Birla Fashion Retail Ltd (ABFRL) plans to offer hyper-personalization solutions in partnership with technology provider Algonomy for its various apparel brands to streamline customer experience.

The partnership will enable ABFRL to offer one-on-one experience across business’ stores, websites, apps and email channels.

The business will also be able to offer more advanced product recommendations to shoppers based on their preferences. It currently runs numerous brands including Pantalooons, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly and Peter England.

Artificial Intelligence is helping many fashion retailers gain more detailed and swifter customer insights and understand their behavior to increase their sale conversion rate.

ABFRL will begin to offer its AI services with Pantaloons which has already launched a ‘Style Finder’ service to help shoppers specify the categories and occasions they are shopping for based on their preferences.
