Biba plans contest offering education opportunities to women

Women’s ethnic wear and lifestyle brand Biba plans to launch a new contest to offer online educational opportunities to women.

To be launched on March 8, International Women’s Days, the contest invites Biba’s women fans to share their stories and get a chance to win digital educational courses.

Biba recently launched its spring/summer 2022 collection ‘Many Shades One Me’ online and in its pan-India store network. Featuring a range of fusion wear, the bright, floral collection offers flowing layers and delicate, embroidered and beaded details.

Its most notable items include kurta sets with matching, retro-style headbands.

Numerous institutions and brands in India plan campaigns and promotions on International Women’s Day on March.

Brands also plan to step up efforts to build online communities around their products.

This trend amongst was triggered by the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns which shifted brands’ focus to online platforms to boost interactions with consumers.
