Fashion for Good has announced the selection of eight innovators for its 2022 Global Innovation Programme, who were chosen from a pool of innovators recruited throughout the world and who pitched their creative ideas to Fashion for Good partners.
"We're thrilled to have these eight new inventors join the Fashion for Good Innovation Program in 2022." The huge impact and carbon reduction prospects that their solutions provide motivate us.
We seek to give them with the finest assistance to speed their exposure and progress into the market, with an emphasis on generating impact and implementation," stated Katrin Ley, MD, Fashion for Good.

DyeRecycle, Ever Dye, Idelam, Kintra Fibers, Modern Synthesis, Premier Plastics, Refiberd, and Rubi are among the shortlisted innovators for the Fashion for Good 2022 Global Innovation Programme. DyeRecycle (UK): DyeRecycle's patented technology combines the need to recycle as well as the requirement to reuse.
Ever Dye (France): With efficient dying procedures and sustainable colors, Ever Dye is on a mission to change the fashion business. They've created two chemical solutions that increase dye house production capacity and allow them to dye quicker while using less energy and no petrochemicals because their dyestuff is formed of vegetal waste and minerals.

Idelam (France): Idelam creates supercritical CO2 techniques for complicated, multi-material goods and trash, such as coats and footwear, so that they may be recycled or reused. Kintra Fibers (USA) has created a novel plant-based polyester substitute that matches the performance and affordability of standard synthetics. Modern Synthesis (UK): Modern Synthesis is a London-based biotech firm that uses biology to create the next generation of materials.
Premirr Plastics (USA): Premirr Plastics is a cutting-edge technological firm that is working to solve the global plastics dilemma.
Refiberd (USA) is working on a breakthrough textile recycling technology that combines artificial intelligence (AI) with a patent-pending chemical recycling process to turn worn, discarded textiles into fresh, reusable thread.
Rubi (USA): Rubi uses synthetic biology to create carbon-negative fabrics for the fashion sector.
Rubi, which was founded in 2020, produces high-quality, natural textiles solely from carbon emissions, bypassing conventional agriculture and manufacturing to create a product that is carbon-negative, water- and land-neutral, and naturally biodegradable.
