Pratibha Syntex Ltd (PSL), a leader in sustainable textile manufacturing has been recognized twice last week for inclusive initiatives.
The industry has been feted by FMPCCI as the Recruiter of the Year Award and CITI’s Birla Economic & Textile Research Foundation Award for sustainable and innovative manufacturing in textile mills.

During the golden jubilee celebration of CITI CDRA held in New Delhi on April 12, 2022.
Notably, Pratibha Syntex had entered into collaboration with Good Fashion Fund for the replacement and expansion of their spinning, processing, and garmenting divisions. The new machines are energy and water-efficient.

Recently the effluent treatment plant has also been converted into a biological process, reducing landfill waste by 85%. Rooftop solar panels of 2.4 MW have also been installed and another 4 MW is underway.
Felicitating the drive to empower people, the Federation of Madhya Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry presented the recruiter of the year award on April 10, 2022, during a program held at Bhopal.
