Shoppers Stop, India's largest omnichannel retail destination, has launched a new loyalty program called "Heroes First" to honor the active and retired servicemen of the Indian Armed Forces.

The program offers lifetime membership to the First Citizen Club, which entitles members to a host of benefits, rewards, and personalized services, including:
- Exclusive discounts and offers on a wide range of products and services
- Early access to new arrivals and promotions
- Personal shopper assistance
- Complimentary valet parking

The program was inaugurated by Shwetal Basu, Chief of Marketing & Communication of Shoppers Stop, who felicitated the retired veterans of the 1971 Indo-Pak war and welcomed them to the Shoppers Stop First Citizen Club. She also handed over the first set of complimentary memberships under the program.
All active and retired servicemen of the Armed Forces (including their families) can avail of this complimentary membership by enrolling in the First Citizen Club at their closest Shoppers Stop or Home Stop store.
The "Heroes First" program is a small token of appreciation for the sacrifices and contributions of the brave men and women who safeguard our nation.
