Rocky Star is showcasing at Milan Fashion Week.
The designer’s collection will be titled as Midnight Bloom, which is inspired by the magic of nocturnal blooms. This collection will explore the beauty of the unknown, the fleeting, and the wild.
Rocky Star draws upon the grand allure of florals, capturing their essence in a stunning range of clothing. From the use of refined velvets, delicate tulles, and organic muls, each piece in the collection is rooted with Indian embroidery handcrafted with keen attention to detail.
With a focus on silhouette and shape, embracing his baroque aesthetic, Rocky Star incorporates ruffles and fabric manipulation techniques to evoke a sense of power. The color palette, influenced by the hues of nature, features deep reds, luminous pinks, and modish taupes. Skillfully crafted by artisans, the garments have intricate lifelike embroideries along with our signature print creating an ultra-contemporary collection.
Milan Fashion Week is being held in Italy, from February 21 to 27, 2023. The show will have 56 physical runway shows and five digital displays. We Are Made in Italy, a collective of designers and fashion professionals of color, will host a digital show. Hot-ticket names on the first show day include Fendi, Diesel, and Roberto Cavalli.
