Masaba Gupta: Semi-autobiographical drama, season-ii on Netflix

One of the creations of fashion designer Masaba’s Gupta from her brand House of Masaba has been donned by actress Ashley Park in the second season of the Netflix series ‘Emily in Paris.’

Playing the character of Mindy Chen, Park donned Gupta Red Tribal Mask Maxi Jacket in the shoe.

*Designer Masaba Gupta has released the promotional materials for the upcoming second season of her semi-autobiographical Netflix series ‘Masaba Masaba’ as she gears up to launch the series this summer.

Gupta took the occasion of International Women’s day to release the first look at the promotional materials for her upcoming return to Netflix on Instagram.

Gupta, who runs apparel and lifestyle brand House of Masaba, will star in the Netflix series alongside her mother Neena Gupta, who is an actress by profession.

The first series of Netflix Original series Masaba Masaba, which was directed by Sonam Nair, launched on August 28, 2021 and covered Gupta’s early years in the fashion industry.

Season two will cover her brand’s rise to prominence. “Season two is about world domination,” wrote Gupta on Instagram as she announced that the series will air “soon”.
