Imports of underwear in the US risen in Jan'22

Even during pandemics, the demand for underwear has increased. According to OTEXA records, the United States imported the US $ 359.63 million worth of underwear in January of this year, up 15.16 percent over January of the previous year.

China began the year on top of the count, Bangladesh and Vietnam are coming up quickly, while India's exports to the United States remained slightly respectable. In January of this year, US imports of underwear from China totaled $78.47 million, up 11% year on year.

In January of this year, Vietnam earned $ 73.76 million from its underwear exports to the United States, a 23.15 percent increase over the previous year.

Bangladesh also did well, with a 45.15 percent year-on-year increase on February 22 to US $ 49.73 million in underwear exports to the United States, while India's yearly growth remained minimal (9.52 percent) to the US $ 27.48 million in underwear exports to the United States on January 22.
