Myntra adds American tweens brands 'Justice' to its portfolio
07 December 2021, Mumbai:
Myntra has added Justice, a brand for tweens on its platform. The American fashion brand offers daily casuals and athleisure wear for girls aged 8 to 15 years. Tweens is a new sub-category emerging on Myntra. The addition of Justice brings a unique proposition to the premium segment in tween wear, a space occupied by very few brands.
The association with Myntra allows Justice to foray into one of the largest markets in the tweens segment. The majority of shoppers on e-commerce platforms either look up the children’s wear section or the adult segment for the right fit for tweens.
Myntra aspires to solve this and grow this as an independent segment on its platform with a sizable contribution from Tier I and Tier-II cities. There has been a 60 percent year-on-year growth in the branded children’s fashion segment, with a majority of new customers coming in from Tier II regions.
High-quality children’s fashion products are expected to bring immense value from a choice perspective.
Myntra is the go-to lifestyle and fashion platform for international brands engaging with consumers in India. For Myntra its children’s wear category grew 100 percent year on year in the current year.
