India’s leading casual and denim brand, Arvind Fashions has announced a significant leadership transition for its premium brand, Arrow.
Anand Aiyer, Chief Executive Officer, Arrow, has resigned due to personal reasons, with his departure effective January 9, 2026.
Taking over the leadership role will be Nitesh Kanchan, who currently serves as CEO of AFL Digital. Kanchan has been redesignated as CEO – Arrow, with the change effective January 1, 2026. He will continue to be part of the company’s senior management team.
Arvind Fashions boasts a wide portfolio of domestic and international brands across various categories and price points, including US Polo Assn, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Flying Machine, alongside Arrow.
The company recently reported strong financial performance: its consolidated net profit rose by 26.6 per cent to 37.46 crore, while revenue from operations increased by 11.3 per cent to 1,417.51 crore in Q2, FY26 compared to the same period in the FY25.
