Thomas Scott (India) has significantly expanded its market presence by executing an exclusive licensing and global designated supplier agreement with F21 IPCO LLC, a subsidiary of Authentic Brands Group. The five-year partnership, which includes an optional five-year renewal extension, grants the Mumbai-headquartered fashion firm exclusive rights to manage product design, development, distribution, and retail operations for Forever 21 across India, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
In addition to regional retail stewardship, Thomas Scott has been appointed as a global designated supplier, allowing the company to leverage its in-house manufacturing infrastructure to supply international partner networks outside its primary territories. Vedant Bang, Managing Director, notes, the collaboration marries local market execution expertise with strong supply chain synergies to position the brand for long-term regional expansion.
Financial acceleration and omnichannel integration
The high-profile brand acquisition arrives on the heels of robust financial performance, with Thomas Scott reporting a consolidated revenue of Rs 254.9 crore for FY26, marking a sharp 58.3 per cent Y-o-Y growth. Backed by four advanced manufacturing facilities and four fulfillment centers capable of handling over 50,000 SKUs across 15 brands, the company aims to scale Forever 21 through a unified omnichannel approach encompassing digital marketplaces and exclusive brick-and-mortar storefronts. Industry observers indicate that balancing rapid retail rollout with strict adherence to global compliance standards will be essential as the company integrates the fast-fashion icon into its expanding lifestyle portfolio
