Clovia has opened an exclusive brand outlet at Gurugram. The 757 sqft store houses the complete range of Clovia’s lingerie, sleepwear, activewear as well as the newly launched Skivia range of personal care products. The brand currently has 41 exclusive brand outlets in the country and has been diversifying its product range along with aggressive offline expansion plans for the second half of 2022.
This new store is part of the company’s nationwide expansion plan to open 150 EBOs by the end of this year. This D2C fashion, lingerie and personal care brand has been at the forefront of offering an unparalleled D2C as well as offline retail experience to patrons, constantly engages with and interacts with customers to seek feedback on the products and accordingly innovates the product offerings for them.
The aim is to reach out to more consumers by offering an omnichannel experience and an enhanced shopping experience. Clovia organises regular meet-ups at its stores for its customers to let them experience the brand’s latest collections. The strategy gives the brand an opportunity to engage with the customers and trigger conversations around pain points, suggesting solutions and then seeking feedback on the products used. The assumption is that customers are not just out to make a purchase.
