Global India Couture Week Day 2 closes with Abhishek Sharma’s Nadru Collection

Day 2 of the Global India Couture Week 2024 on Sep 12 closed with the presentation of a couture collection titled ‘Nadru’ by designer Abhishek Sharma.
Symbolising a lotus stem, the ‘Nadru’ collection, showcased festive silhouettes in both menswear and womens wear. The menswear range featured sherwanis, stoles, bundis, bandhgala sets, kurtas, and printed co-ords, while the womens wear line included hourglass gowns, lehenga sets, and sarees paired with intricately string-embroidered blouses.
The ‘Nadru’ collection helps the brand take the customers down their memory lane, shares Sharma. Meanwhile, the Global India Couture Week allows designers to bring their personal vision to life, he adds.
Established in 2014, the Abhishek Sharma label is available at prestigious multi-brand outlets across India and internationally, including Ensemble, Aza Fashions, Ogaan, and Elahe.
