Waste to Energy Market

19 January 2023, Mumbai

“The recent authorities/government initiatives and policies put together with developing waste treatment technologies (WTT) will likely fuel the growth of the waste to energy (WTE) market over the coming years,” says an FMI analyst.

Fast & sustained urbanization and industrialization have led to greater power requirements. With heightened power needs and emphasis on cultivating energy from renewable sources/cleaner fuel, the waste-to-energy (WTE) market looks at bright market prospects.

Due to dynamic developments in waste treatment technology, thermal technologies are expected to dominate the waste-to-energy market.

Historic high demand for thermochemical waste-to-energy technology also harnessed market growth for waste-to-energy (WTE) technology over the years.
