Technocian Fashions to acquire s.Oliver Group’s Garments India Private Limited (“S.O.T. Garments India”) via share purchase agreement

01 December 2021,  Mumbai:

Techno Design's associated company, Technocian Fashions, a part of PDS Multinational Fashions will acquire German fashion retailers Oliver Group's S.O.T. Garments India via share purchase agreement, the company said in a media release.

Technocian Fashions will also take over all employees and contracts of S.O.T Garments India and shall exclusively source textiles in India and Sri Lanka for the s Oliver Group.

According to the release, this partnership has the potential to translate into an annualized Rs 375 crore sourcing opportunity.
