Marking its formal entry in Hyderabad, prominent women’s ethnic wear brand SHREE has inaugurated its maiden 1,500 sq ft experiential retail outlet at TNR North City Mall. The expansion capitalizes on robust pre-existing digital consumer data collected across the region, transitioning online demand into a physical touchpoint. The physical store allows customers to experience the fit and fabrics of the brand’s collections, something that digital platforms cannot fully replicate, notes Sheetal Kapoor, Co-founder, SHREE. The brand intends to commission 20 to 25 additional storefronts across Telangana by 2028, addressing rising consumer demand for organized, value-driven contemporary apparel.
Addressing evolving wardrobe demands and supply chain integration
The newly launched retail environment houses an exhaustive inventory of cotton, linen, Banarasi silk, and chiffon ensembles, catering directly to modern working demographics seeking versatile daily and occasion wear. By leveraging an in-house private-label design ecosystem, the company maintains strict quality control and rapid inventory replenishment cycles. The brand’s targeted regional growth will simultaneously generate local employment and empower artisan networks, states Sandeep Kapoor, Chairman and Managing Director, SHR Lifestyles. Industry analysts project, this localized retail density will insulate the label against fluctuating digital acquisition costs while optimizing customer lifetime value.
Offering affordable women’s ethnic and contemporary apparel
Operating under parent entity SHR Lifestyles, SHREE specializes in affordable women’s ethnic and contemporary apparel. Managing a network exceeding 130 domestic and international storefronts, the brand targets scaled expansion toward 300 locations alongside a projected revenue milestone of Rs 900 crore by 2030.
