NIFT Delhi launches 'SAME DAY SPARE PART (SDSP)' for Apparel Manufacturing Industry

3D Printing is an important component of Industry 4.0. It can play an important role in manufacturing frequently replaceable small parts at the point of consumption. 

NIFT is offering an SDSP platform to fabricate the machine parts for apparel manufacturers using 3D printing technology. 'Source NIFT'

The essential components or framework of Industry 4.0 comprise: Big data, Model Simulation, Cloud Technology, Augmented Reality, 3D Printers / Additive Manufacturing, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Robots and Cyber security. 3D printers are a vital part of Industry 4.0.

3D printing is one of the fundamental elements of Industry 4.0.
